BolnaSeekho is a speaking-confidence platform, so every practice flow is designed to work for people with different abilities, devices and network conditions. This page lists what we support today and how to reach us if something blocks you.
1. Text fallback for every voice activity
Every game and coaching session that accepts voice also accepts typed answers. Voice and text share the same progression, so choosing text never slows your ladder progress.
2. Microphone permission
If microphone access is denied or unavailable, the activity offers a text mode and explains how to enable the microphone later. Sessions are not lost because of a permission problem.
3. Keyboard and screen readers
Interactive controls are reachable by keyboard, have visible focus outlines and carry descriptive labels. Dialogs trap focus while open and return focus when closed. Score and status changes are announced through polite live regions.
4. Motion and contrast
Animations respect the system reduce motion preference. Text uses near-black on warm ivory surfaces to keep contrast high. Layouts reflow for large text settings and small screens.
5. Captions and transcripts
Spoken AI responses are shown as text alongside audio. Your own recordings show a transcript so you can review what was recognised.
6. Known gaps
Some game animations and audio timelines are still being audited on low-end Android devices and with screen readers. Fixes are published as they ship.
7. Contact
Email info@bolnaseekho.in with the page, device and assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five working days.
